Epipterygium, with about 10 species, is pantropical in distribution, extending into the north temperate region. Three species are recorded for the Neotropics. A single species recognized for Bolivia, Epipterygium immarginatum Mitt.

 

Epipterygium, con ca. 10 especies, tiene distribución pantropical, extendiéndose en las regiones templadas del norte. Tres especies son registradas en el Neotrópico. Sólo una especie presente en Bolivia, Epipterygium immarginatum Mitt.
