Sepals 5, free, with scarious margins. Petals 5, bilobed at the apex. Stamens 10. Styles 3 or 5. Capsule cylindric, membranous, exserted from the calyx, dehiscing by twice the number of teeth as styles, teeth flat, revolute or with revolute margins. Seeds tuberculate.
