Plants small. Stems creeping, irregularly branched; branches up to 10 mm long, with numerous slender, perpendicular shoots. Leaves narrowly lanceolate, ca. 1.25 mm long, erect-spreading below, appressed above on slender branches, gradually long acuminate at apex; margins entire, involute above; leaf cells 20–35 mm long, thin-or thick-walled, not pitted, indistinctly unipapillose.
