2. Trachythecium verrucosum(Jaeg.) Fleisch. var. binervulum Herz.    刺蒴藓强肋变种    ci shuo xianqiang le bian zhong
J. Hattori Bot. Lab. 14: 70. 1955. Type: China. Taiwan, Botel Tobago, Schwabe 79 & 81.
 
Plants very slender, yellowish green, somewhat glossy. Stems densely interwoven, creeping, irregularly branched. Leaves erect-patent when moist, narrowly ovate-lanceolate, slightly concave, ca. 0.8 mm long, gradually and slenderly acuminate; margins entire to almost entire; costae absent; leaf cells linear, with length:width ratio ca. 8–12:1, smooth or somewhat prorate; alar cells not differentiated. Autoicous. Perichaetial leaves piliferous. Setae slender, ca. 10 mm long; capsules small, spinulose on outer capsule walls.
