Tree 12 m tall with yellow latex. Leaves dark green above, lighter below, stiff coriaceous. Flowers ramiflorous. Pedicel, calyx reddish. Petals white, waxy, fleshy. Filaments white. Anthers yellow turning brown surrounding flattened glistening yellow area (stigma?). Flowers pickled. Photo.
