Description	Tree 20 m tall; new leaves light green above and below, with yellow-tan pubescence along veins, especially below; older leaves picked up off ground; tan pubescence on axes of inflorescences, and young stems, more reddish on young stems; tepals very light green; anthers yellow; same species as DT 205 collected in fruit; trail B 845 m; permanent number 701; local name "Sarivanana vaventiravina".
Locality	Ranomafana National Park, parcelle 3; S of National Road 25 at 7 km W of Ranomafana; Talatakely trail system; moist montane forest characterized by trees of Weinmannia spp., MONIMIACEAE (Tambourissa, Decarydendron, Ephippiandra), LAURACEAE (primarily Ocotea and Cryptocarya); understory with abundant Psychotria spp., Oncostemum spp., and Cyathea spp.
